About the Author

E.J. Lowell is an aspiring Renaissance man, an incurable introvert, and a chronic worldbuilder on a mission to make cool things and learn as much as possible.

Born and raised on Colorado’s Front Range, Ej’s work is steeped in inspiration from the rich environments of the Rocky Mountains, a deep love for symbolism and mythology, and a lifetime of learning how to do things completely bass-ackwards. Ej is the author of several epic fantasy novels, the director, voice actor, scriptwriter, composer, and producer for The Dawnbreakers’ Saga, and has been doing digital illustration for a little over a decade. He walks everywhere (for now) and has a deep and specific understanding of what it’s like to hike for long distances, over uneven terrain, in inclement weather. (And thus winces every time it starts raining in Skyrim.)

  1. EJ, I just read “All’s Well in Asgard” out loud to my wife and daughter. Thank you for such an entertaining and diverting story! As a side note… you may be aware there are several word replacement errors in the text. Is it at all helpful to you to have a marked up copy?
I am looking forward to reading the rest of your work.

Keep writing, we need your imagination in these stressful times.

  2. E.J. What a wonderful story! Just finished Salt. Kudos to you. What a masterful weaving of two personalities in two very different “coming to maturity” tales. Still too close to it to say much more than “wow.”

  3. Hi EJ,

I love Nathan’s work and I suspect I will love yours. Will any of your books be showing up on Audible soon?

I found Nathan’s work via podcasts and have followed him on Audible since.

    1. I really enjoyed Salt, but the ending left me hanging. It weeps for a continuance of the story. So, will there be a second book in the series? I sincerely hope so. Thanks.
      Bob

      1. There will hopefully be second and third books in the series. We’ve had a bunch of Life happen between writing Salt and now, but the next book is in progress, technically.
